These terms and conditions govern your use of the Magnolia Wellness Villa website and the purchase of treatments, products, and services ("Services"). By making a booking or purchase through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All bookings made through our website are subject to availability. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Your booking is confirmed only once you receive this confirmation. We will contact you within 2 hours during operating hours to confirm your preferred date and time.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time for check-in, consultation, and any required intake forms. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to accommodate subsequent bookings. The full treatment fee will still apply.
Magnolia Wellness Villa operates daily from 10:00 to 18:00. The last booking is accepted at 16:30, depending on treatment duration.
You may reschedule your appointment free of charge provided you give at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the appointment are treated as cancellations under section 2.1.
In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment (due to practitioner illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances), we will offer you a full refund or priority rebooking at your convenience.
All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price at the time of your booking is the price you will pay.
Online payments are processed securely through PayFast. We accept:
At the venue, we also accept cash, card, and EFT payments.
PayFast is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Your card details are encrypted and processed directly by PayFast. Magnolia Wellness Villa does not store, process, or have access to your full card details.
Certain treatments require the completion of intake forms and/or signed consent before the session can proceed. These include but are not limited to acupuncture, IV drips, chemical peels, microneedling, and pregnancy massage. Failure to complete required forms may result in the treatment being refused, with a full refund provided.
Magnolia Wellness Villa provides wellness treatments and is not a medical facility. Our treatments are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Clients with medical conditions should consult their healthcare provider before booking treatments. Specifically:
Magnolia reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment if, in the professional judgement of the practitioner, proceeding would pose a risk to the client's health or safety. A full refund will be provided in such cases.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to treatment. Magnolia Wellness Villa cannot accept liability for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
